All You Need to Know

I am Monika Kapur, a yoga teacher qualified from Swami Vidyanand of Aurobindo Ashram.

Yoga is a spiritual, mental and physical practice that has many wide-reaching benefits: from a calmer mind to a stronger, more flexible body. 

I was initially drawn to yoga because of the asanas. I’m naturally very flexible. 

But over time, I started to reap the mental benefits and my spiritual awareness grew. 

I found that through regular practice, my mind was quieter and confidence grew. It gave me a sense of self and a sense of purpose, and I want to share the power that this mind-body-spirit connection can bring with you as well


I also work as a Diet Consultant. I have been working in the field of wellness for the past 10 years now. 

Working as a health professional is incredibly rewarding for me, as I have seen my patients and clients improve their quality of life and feel better. 

My hope is that food, nutrition, and our bodies can be things we relate to with happiness, rather than fear. 

I am happy to have the opportunity to blog for you and I hope I can help you with it.
